I like the song.... but, like you said, listening to it while watching THAT video made it a little difficult to concentrate on the song.

Wow, really guys? There's nothing wrong with sex, and I think the song fuses in with the background images pretty well. Hope sounds great as always me thinks, and the song isn't the best but carries along pretty well. Can't go wrong with Hope's colloborations with other artists, she really knows how to pick the best matched artists who merge so smoothly with her style...

as a track it seems to be missing something but then i find that with a lot of massive attack ... i like how hope plays against her normal vocal styling but to be honest its not the kind of track i could immerse in

There is a version of "paradise circus" remixed by Guy Boratto. It will be released with Heligoland's Massive Attack remix Lp.
I like G.B a lot. It seems for me that Hope Sandoval re-recorded the vocal for it.

The first time I heard this sublime,I don't know why but it reminded me a soundtrack from a very good Japanese movie. Zatoichi from Takeshi Kitano. Maybe the clapping hands? It's not incompatible, the more i think to it the more I make it fit...
I was listening Hope Sandoval (Mazzy Star) early 90's and Massive Attack, now together in this unexpected fabulous venture. Moment of joy in the ambient noise. Please more!!
