2 front stalls tickets for sale !

I have just found out that I can't go to the gig in London due to a family bereavement.

So I now have 2 spare tickets if anyone is interested ?

They are in Row B in the Front Stalls (seated together) so they are EXCELLENT seats !

I paid £42.50 for them & I would send them by Royal Mail Special Delivery (which is guaranteed next day delivery before 1.00pm).

If anyone would like to make me an offer & pay by Paypal, I will post them as soon as the payment clears.

I also have 2 return train tickets to London if anyone can use them ?

1st) from Stockport to London Euston leaving on Fri 6th Nov returning Tues 10th Nov (cost £25)

2nd) from Newcastle to London Kings Cross leaving on Fri 6th Nov returning Tues 10th Nov (cost £45)

I have the tickets in Newcastle, if anyone lives near there & wants to collect them & pay cash ? Or I may be able to deliver them if you live in a 50 mile radius.

I'd prefer to sell them both together, not separately, if possible.
